Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules
  

• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  

• Maintain platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
  

• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards
  

• Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands -on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge) and HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events)
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio
  

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including authentication and web services
  

• Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer
  

• ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS -ITSM, or CIS -HRSD are a plus
