Artificial Intelligence 7. Machine Learning 8. Agent Workspace 9. Key Areas: 1. Strong in Integrations in ServiceNow. Should have done H2H Integrations (ITSM tool to ITSM tool bi-derectional), Tools Integrations (e.g. Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc) 2. Should have done/managed instance upgrades 3. Should have good experience working on Domain Separated instance 4.
