We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional to join our team. This role involves supporting critical enterprise applications, driving AI -enabled solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations

Requirements

Required Skills

âï¸ 7.5+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM

âï¸ Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

âï¸ Good understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management

âï¸ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving skills

âï¸ Experience with scripting/programming and enterprise application support

âï¸ Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI -assisted productivity tools is an advantage

âï¸ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
