Incident/Request/Change Virtual Agent Integration Good knowledge in ITSM BAU experience Dashboard knowledge . Idea of ITAM and CMDB Good communication skills Take ownership of the activities assigned by client. Prompt acknowledgement on the queries Scripting knowledge (at least understand the OOB scripts ) CMDB and Discovery Engineer WORK TIMINGS: 2 AM PST- 11 AM PST
