1. Platform Administration: Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user access, security settings, and system configurations. Perform regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, resolving issues and answering queries. Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Manage platform upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and updates. Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
