Job Description - ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer

Hiring: ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer

Location: Pune | ? Work Mode: Hybrid / WFO

Budget: Up to 35 LPA

We are hiring a ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer with strong hands -on experience in ITSM modules and development. If you’re passionate about building scalable solutions and working on end -to -end implementations, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)

• Work on scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog

• Handle integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and end -to -end development

• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and CMDB/CSDM fundamentals

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years overall experience

• Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM development (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API

• Hands -on with SLA, Flow Designer, and integrations

• Good understanding of ITIL processes
