Job Description - ServiceNow Solution Architect ITSM

Hiring: ServiceNow Solution Architect – ITSM

Location: Pune | ? Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office

Budget: Up to 40 LPA

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM) to design and deliver scalable, high -quality solutions. If you have a strong development background and expertise in ITSM architecture, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end -to -end ITSM architecture and scalable solutions

• Lead technical design, governance, and best practices

• Work on integrations (APIs, MID Server, external systems)

• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams

• Ensure alignment with CMDB & CSDM data models

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of overall experience

• Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow development (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM

• Excellent scripting and integration skills (4–4.5/5 proficiency required)

• Proven experience in solution architecture and design

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
