HIRING | SERVICENOW SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience: 10–14 Years

Budget: ₹22.5–24.5 LPA

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead technical discussions, integrations, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the technical SME for ServiceNow issues and solutions.

• Design, develop & maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms.

• Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer.

• Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, performance, latency & data consistency issues.

• Develop and optimise Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows & integrations.

• Perform RCA for production incidents and recurring defects.

• Support releases, deployments, testing & post-production activities.

• Create technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

• Mentor teams on ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.

MANDATORY SKILLS

12+ years of ServiceNow implementation/support experience

ITSM, ITOM & CMDB

Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer

REST/SOAP APIs & enterprise integrations

Strong JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting

OAuth, SAML, JWT & Basic Authentication

Agile delivery experience

PREFERRED

ServiceNow CSA / CIS / CAD certifications

Enterprise transformation or platform engineering experience
