Job Description - ServiceNow_CSM

Minimum Experience – 5 yrs

Maximum Experience – 10 yrs

Location - Bangalore, Pune,

Mandatory Skills – ServiceNow,
CSM expertise, REST/SOAP API integrations,
Service Portals/UI policies, ITIL, CSA certifications preferred.

Requirements

3.5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise with ServiceNow CSM module
with Devops.
Experience in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, REST/SOAP integrations.
Preferably holding ServiceNow CSA, CSM related
certification.
Proficiency in working with Service Portals, UI
Policies, Business Rules and/or client scripts as per customization need.
ITIL knowledge around Incident/Case or
Change/Problem management.
