Job Description - ServiceNow_ITAM_ITOM

Minimum Experience : 3+ years

Requirements

Skills:

ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)
CMDB best practices and data modeling
MID Server deployment and troubleshooting
Flow Designer / Workflow / Automation Engine
IntegrationHub and API integrations
Scripted REST APIs, JavaScript, GlideRecord
Additional Technical Skills:
Windows/Linux server knowledge
Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, ports/services)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) integration experience
PowerShell, Python or shell scripting (for orchestration)
Software licensing concepts (SPLA, SaaS, etc.)

Soft Skills & Business Knowledge:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Communication with technical and non -technical stakeholders
Documentation and process mapping
Project management basics (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus)
ITIL v3/v4 knowledge or certification (especially for CMDB and service lifecycle)

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow ITAM Fundamentals / ITOM Specialist
ITIL Foundation
ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals / CMDB Fundamentals
