Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership (SQDC): Maintain primary ownership of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Manage the hub as a P&L center, ensuring financial targets (cost/cash management) are met while driving operational KPIs to maximize turbine availability and minimize downtime.
Operational Management: Direct the O&M of multiple windfarms, providing oversight to Site Managers and Site Leads. Plan and allocate labor and parts to ensure the timely execution of corrective, preventive, and retrofit activities.
Operational Strategy: Utilize data from Remote Operation Centers and Fleet Performance Management (FPM) teams to drive maintenance quality and cost. Champion the use of digital tools to optimize performance across all sites.
Team Leadership & Integration: Lead a diverse, unified team of OM&U employees and supplier technicians. Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring staff, managing performance, and ensuring strict adherence to OM&U technical instructions, processes, and safety protocols.
Customer & Contractual Interface: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for complex operational matters. Proactively manage contractual compliance and customer relationships, using effective problem-solving skills to navigate escalations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Process Standardization: Deploy Lean principles (Kaizen, 5S, ISO standards) to ensure that isolated, geographically dispersed sites operate with the same high level of efficiency and uniformity as centralized hubs.
Safety Stewardship: Champion a robust safety culture. Conduct regular Genba walks and safety audits to ensure full compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines across all hub locations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal support functions, Blades, MCU and UpTower teams to resolve complex technical issues impacting site operations or contractual obligations.

Coaching & Development: Commitment to building site talent, identifying high-potential technicians, and fostering continuous learning.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to maintain focus and lead through change while managing unpredictable site challenges and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
15+ years of work experience with min 5 years of experience in wind energy industry in site management role.

Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site technical issues while balancing commercial and contractual obligations.
Digital Fluency: Strong familiarity with fleet performance data, remote monitoring platforms, and digital maintenance management systems.
Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in cost/cash management and a proactive approach to contractual performance.
Leadership Presence: Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes customer relationships.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support site operations and customer meetings.
