Job Description - SF Dev - Experience and Service Cloud
In this role, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and implementing Partner Portal solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging LWR templates and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive user experiences. Customizing and configuring Experience Cloud to support partner onboarding, deal registration, lead sharing, opportunity collaboration, and content access. Architecting and optimizing portal performance, security, and usability to align with best practices and client business goals. Integrating Partner Portals with Sales Cloud to ensure seamless lead and opportunity management between internal and external stakeholders. Salesforce Collaborating with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and UX/UI Designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Developing and maintaining Apex classes, LWC, Flows, and custom metadata to extend portal functionality. Managing user access, authentication models (SSO, Partner Users), and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards. Performing code reviews, optimizing performance, and enforcing development governance across the Salesforce ecosystem. Supporting DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment automation. Working within Agile project teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions. 4+ years of total Salesforce experience, with a proven record of delivering large-scale Experience Cloud - Partner Portal implementations. Expert (Master-level) proficiency in Experience Cloud - Partner Portal, with the ability to supervise, instruct, and mentor others on complex configurations, branding, and customization. Deep expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Lightning Web Components (LWC), capable of architecting and building reusable, high-performance front-end solutions. Strong experience implementing secure partner access models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules for Partner Community users. Proficient-level expertise in Sales Cloud, capable of independently configuring and managing leads, opportunities, accounts, and related automation to support partner engagement processes. In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and governance frameworks. Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings to extend and optimize portal functionality. Experience integrating Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD practices for version control and deployment. Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and ensure quality delivery. Exposure to Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, and support automation within partner portals. Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer II are preferred. Salesforce
