SFCC Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced SFCC Lead with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) development and implementation. The ideal candidate will lead eCommerce projects, drive technical solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) development and implementation projects.


• Design, develop, and maintain SFCC storefronts, cartridges, and integrations.


• Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to define technical solutions.


• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices.


• Integrate SFCC with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, and CRM platforms.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce).


• Hands-on experience with SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, BM (Business Manager), ISML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.


• Experience in eCommerce architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.


• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• SFCC Certifications preferred.


• Experience working with global eCommerce brands and multi-site implementations.
