If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SF-EC Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nEC Consultant\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe EC Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module along with seamless design combining SAP and non SAP systems . This role ensures that Client Employee processes : Hire to Retire are optimized through best practices and SAP capabilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module\n * Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.\n * Configure and customize Employee Central Fields, Country Specific Fields, Foundation Data, Workflows, Position Management, Time Types, Leave Management MDF Objects, Rules, and other employee processes respecting RBP permissions.\n * Design Global Process consolidating requirement with add on localization to global template based on Local Add on for multiple countries\n * Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Talent Modules, and external systems via Integration Solutions\n * Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization.\n * Support Data migration, Integration requirement gathering, Integration Testing, SIT Cycles including Error reporting, Error remediation\n * Comply Translation requirements\n * Develop test cases and conduct UAT support.\n * Deliver user training and post-go-live support.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Experience Configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes Functionality, Document generation, EC Reports with exposure to Advanced Reports.\n * Experience to Packaged integration with Mini Master integration with SAP S4/HANA.\n * Integration Experience for SF Modules-Compensation, Variable Pay, Recruiting , Onboarding 2.0 ,Succession Planning, Job Profile Builder\n * Exposure to Integration to SF Smart Recruiters (Nice To Have)\n * Understanding of Employee Hire to Retire processes.\n * Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI).\n * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, IT, or related field.\n * 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full-cycle EC implementations.\n * SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
