Shift Engineer

Property & Asset Management

What this job involves:

Keeping an eye on sourcing activities

• Coordinating with the maintenance of facilities, building, and equipment, as appropriate, to ensure optimum functionality; identifies, assesses, negotiates as necessary, and resolves building maintenance and usage problems.

• Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities; assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions.

• Assume responsibility for completion of assigned tasks.

• Supervise, train and evaluate assigned personnel.

• Prepare estimates on building repair and maintenance jobs; evaluate maintenance and repair needs.

• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

• Analyse, develop, and design solutions to reporting requests.

• Design and implement reports to measure service performance metrics.

• Service generator units, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical fixtures, to include heating, ventilating and air conditioning, irrigation, plumbing, pneumatic and alarm systems boilers and controls.

• Perform maintenance on heating and cooling systems.

• Repair motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply, boilers, and other equipment.

• Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and supplies.

• Perform related duties as assignedAssume responsibility for completion of assigned tasks.

• Perform related duties as assigned

• HSE Reports, MMR, Weekly Reports, Complaint Management, DMR.

• Cost reductions measures, energy Conservations, and sustainability.

• AMC Trackers, Audit, Archival Room,

• Coordination with Residents, Clients etc.

Finding the right partners and keeping them

• To ensure the Energy Conversation on priority

• To ensure the all the Equipment’s are maintained as per schedule

• Keeping the sustainability at the Forefront.

• Water, Light and Vertical Transportation operations  are available all time.

• Escalate the Incidents immediately.

• Safety first before work

An experienced professional

Are you a Engineering Diploma/ Degree   holder with minimum Three  to Five years’ experience in Engineering Operations? Are you a stickler for key business goals and results? Do you put customer satisfaction at the forefront? If you said yes to all these, we’re more than happy to work with you.

An effective communicator

You’ll be in the  team with people across various departments, so a good command of spoken and written English and other non-English languages―coupled with superior people skills―will be indispensable in this role. You should also be proficient in all MS  applications to land this job.You will be independently looking after the property  from 1900 hours to Morning  0930 hours.
