Position: Shift In-Charge Power Plant Operations

Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per month

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Shift In-Charge to manage operations of a 10 MW captive power plant. Ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance while optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant operations, monitoring equipment for optimal performance
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance
• Optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Train and supervise shift personnel

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in power plant operations, ideally in a captive setup
• Strong knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators and grid management
• Leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
