Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3 - 4 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the designated shift.

- Supporting the store manager in managing operations for the assigned store.

- Managing inventory effectively.

- Maintaining store cleanliness and completing all required cleaning duties.

- Driving sales performance during the shift.

- Delivering excellent customer service.

- Controlling dump and shrinkage.

- Training and onboarding new team members.

- Ensuring adherence to processes and policies.

- Managing customer interactions and resolving complaints.
