Shift Incharge Environment 

POSITION PURPOSE:

The basic purpose of the position is to ensure safe and smooth running of the Environment.

Operations. The Environment Operations include ETP, WWPT, Incinerators

Decontamination Facilities and ESMP Storm water ponds.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to HSE key requirements applicable to Environment Operations.
• Ensure optimum performance and output from the Environment operations by following standard operating procedure.
• Performance monitoring of pollution control Equipment to achieve desired performance.
• Follow all the requirements of 5 S and other site HSE System within the plant.
• Timely communication with the Supervisor related to plant abnormality and carryout field action accordingly.
• Support in implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, OnePss within the plant
• Encourage operators/colleagues to participate in various activities organized at site level
• Smooth coordination and close working with team to maintain high Morale of the workforce.
• Timely feedback to operators and record the comments in growth management system.
• Support in implementing cost saving initiatives within the plant
• Timely Completion of Specialized Assignments given by seniors.

KEY WORKING RELATIONS:

• Shift Incharge of Production Plants/ Service Departments including Energies/Industrialization/QC
• Plant Engineer
• Site Logistics
• Site service

WHO YOU ARE:

• B Sc/M SC Environment Science/Chemistry
• 4-5 years of experience in Waste management Operation including MEE/Incinerator and ETP mainly in chemical industry like Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Fine/specialty chemicals
• Sound knowledge of various Environmental practices Knowledge ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 & 5 S, Good analytical skill and system approach, Good Communication Skills.
