Job Description - Shift Supervisor - LPDC

LPDC production Engineer to work in Aluminium die casting foundry in shifts to handle LPDC production process. Need to train and motivate operators with Quality system requirements. Should take care of Safety and 5 S. Maintaining documents and records.

Requirements

LPDC Production planning as per PPC requirement.

Monitoring hourly production and losses.

Maintaining documents as per QMS requirements.

Follow up of melting and treatment process.

Maintaining and controlling consumables required for LPDC production.

Continuous improvement in process and quality.

Yield improvement in LPDC process.

Monitoring Power cost and optimizing.

Maintaining 5S and ensuring use of PPE's.

Productivity improvement.

Reduction in rejection and rework.
