Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales growth:
- Own the PNL for the assigned region.
- Ensure sales growth of EMIs across categories of consumer durable, health care etc.
- Achieve sales targets regularly across product categories.
Merchant Activation & Retention:
- Ensure that assigned merchants do transactions on ShopSe app regularly thereby enhancing retention percentage.
- Onboard acquired merchants and complete the activation process on time.
Partner/Merchant/Brand relationships:
- Maintain excellent partner relations with all the merchants through regular visits and product updates.
Team management:
- Hire, train and retain strong team in the region.
- Ensure team morale, team attendance, visits and team targets are met.
- Get the best out of the team.
Reporting & data & analytics:
- Track, analyze and infer relevant and appropriate business insights through tracking team performance, merchant performance, and lending approvals.
- Ability to forecast, plan and execute sales road map for the region through data points, team performance and market mapping.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skill.
- Local language is a must.
- Ability to crack and build relationships with partners, stake holders and brands.
Data analytics skills.
- Hungry for success & growth in Sales Function.
- Extrovert, team manager, excellent planning and strategy skills.
