Qualification and Prior Experience:
- Must be an MBA
- Not more than 7 years of sales experience in startup/fintech/ecommerce/supply chain/FMCG
- Candidates with more than 7 years experience do not apply.
- Must have managed a bigger team across multiple locations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Serves as National Sales Head providing defining, executing and implementing sales strategy and sales vision.
- Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning, providing strategic direction for sales enhancement, promotion, coordination with cross-functional teams, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of sales staff.
- Develop the annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics, and necessary resource planning vital to achieve departmental and business goals.
- Provides leadership, direction and management of the market acquisition.
- Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis.
- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated well, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Provides sales & marketing skills and expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing a sales team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
- Participates fully in professional societies, events and activities related to the sector.
