Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our dynamic IT Services team at Shrini Biz Solutions. As a Fresher, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence by optimizing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support lead generation. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early -career professional passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and data -driven performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross -functional teams to develop and execute SMO campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business objectives. Your work will directly impact our client acquisition efforts and online reputation, making this a high -impact entry -level position in a fast -paced, innovation -driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media optimization strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Create, curate, and schedule high -quality, platform -specific content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Conduct regular competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities for content differentiation and growth.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Optimize social media profiles, hashtags, keywords, and metadata for improved discoverability and SEO.
Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to align SMO efforts with broader digital marketing and client acquisition goals.
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, click -through rates, and ROI.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging SMO best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audience behaviors and content formats.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) and SMO analytics platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they intersect with social media visibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, conversion funnels, and campaign tracking.
Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and embrace feedback as part of professional growth.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus.
