Shuttering Foreman for Real Estate - Punawale Location

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Foreman with expertise in Mivan aluminium formwork for residential high-rise construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shuttering activities, managing labour teams, ensuring quality installation, and completing work safely within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute Mivan aluminium formwork activities as per approved drawings.


• Allocate daily work to shuttering carpenters and labour teams.


• Ensure proper alignment, line, level, and dimensional accuracy of Mivan panels.


• Coordinate with Site Engineers, RCC Engineers, Reinforcement, and Concrete teams for smooth execution.


• Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and rectify any defects.


• Ensure timely dismantling, cleaning, and stacking of Mivan panels for reuse.


• Monitor material handling and minimize damage or wastage of Mivan components.


• Maintain daily work progress and labour productivity.


• Enforce safety standards and ensure the use of PPE by all workers.


• Resolve on-site execution issues and maintain work quality as per project standards.
