Sigma BI Developer_5+ years

We are seeking a skilled Sigma BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Sigma Computing to design, develop, and maintain interactive business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, cloud data warehouses, and data visualization, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable dashboards and reports. Experience in migrating SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reports to Sigma Computing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Sigma Computing.

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into BI solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop user-friendly, scalable, and high-performing dashboards that support business decision-making.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.

  
  


• 
  

  Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  
  


• 
  

  Optimize dashboards and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data security best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from business teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Document BI solutions, dashboard logic, data definitions, and technical processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead or support the migration of SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reports to Sigma Computing.

  Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data models and reporting performance.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

  4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics development.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning.
