Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Sign Language Teacher to work with students who are deaf or mute, helping them learn effectively through Indian Sign Language (ISL) or other required systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment, preparing individualized lesson plans, and promoting inclusive education.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Deaf Education, or a related field.
  

• Certification in Indian Sign Language (ISL) or any recognized Sign Language program.
  

• Proven experience teaching sign language or working with hearing-impaired students.
  

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  

• Knowledge of educational assistive technologies is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school or a special needs institution.
  

• Ability to create engaging and accessible teaching materials.
  

• Understanding of auditory devices like hearing aids or cochlear implants is an advantage.
