Singapore Taxation Senior Associate/ Manager - Delhi & Mumbai

With deep expertise in Singapore’s tax architecture and a strong local presence in India, we empower clients to optimize their global tax posture while ensuring seamless alignment with domestic and international regulations. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Singapore taxation engagements including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing compliance for Indian clients with Singapore operations.


• Prepare and review Singapore tax returns, disclosures, and supporting documentation in adherence to IRAS guidelines and OECD standards.


• Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of cross-border transactions, M&A, and investment vehicles involving Singapore entities.


• Collaborate with local Singapore tax teams to resolve audits, respond to queries, and manage tax assessments.


• Develop client-specific tax strategy decks and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.


• Train junior team members on Singapore tax law, compliance frameworks, and documentation best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Singapore CT


• IRAS compliance


• Transfer pricing


• Withholding tax


• Corporate tax advisory


• OECD guidelines


• International tax structuring


• Client advisory reporting

Preferred

• Experience with Singapore-GST filing


• Knowledge of India-Singapore DTAA


• Certified Public Accountant (Singapore) or equivalent
