SITA Position - SC DM/DMA

solutions, influence strategic technology decisions, and foster lasting
stakeholder relationships through innovation and architectural leadership.

  Responsibilities:

1. Lead
   the design and development of enterprise-scale data and application
   architectures, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability
   requirements, and mission-critical operational needs.
   
2. Translate
   strategic business objectives and IT reference architecture into robust
   data and technology solutions, leveraging the broader IT ecosystem to
   deliver sustainable business value.
   
3. Effectively
   communicate architecture vision, design decisions, and technical roadmaps to business stakeholders, program managers, solution analysts, data
   engineers, and software development teams.
   
4. Drive
   architecture governance and compliance, ensuring proposed data and
   application architectures are reviewed, validated, and approved through
   the Technology Review Board (TRB).
   
5. Strong understanding of Data
   Architecture principles, Analytical Data Platforms, and Analytics &
   Reporting technologies including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power
   BI, Tableau, and related cloud-based data ecosystems
   
6. Good
   understanding of Data Lineage, Data Security, Data Science and working
   in Agile context
   
7. Comprehensive
   knowledge of organizational information needs, data governance
   frameworks, data management best practices, data quality standards,
   metadata management, and information delivery strategies to ensure
   trusted, compliant, and business-aligned insights across the enterprise.
   
8. Knowledge
   of Organization Information needs, governance and best practices to
   fulfil information needs.
   
9. Collaborate
   closely with Program and Project Managers to provide architectural
   guidance for effort estimation, dependency analysis, solution
   decomposition, and implementation planning, enabling successful project
   delivery.
   
10. Conduct
    architecture impact assessments, technology evaluations, and feasibility
    studies to identify risks, optimize solutions, and ensure
    high-quality, resilient, and future-ready deliverables.
    
11. Provide
    strategic technology advisory services to business and IT leadership,
    enabling informed decisions on data platforms, integration technologies,
    analytics solutions, and emerging capabilities.
    
12. Design
    cost-effective and value-driven architecture solutions that balance
    functional requirements, non-functional requirements, performance,
    security, maintainability, and total cost of ownership.
    
13. Lead
    the architecture of secure, cloud-native data and application platforms,
    ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards, data governance
    policies, privacy regulations, and operational excellence requirements.
