A leading
international industrial company specializing in industrial air systems,
ventilation solutions, and heavy-duty fans is seeking an experienced Site
Construction Manager to lead and manage installation and construction
activities for industrial projects in India.
The role includes full responsibility for on-site execution, subcontractor
management, installation crews, coordination between all project stakeholders,
schedule compliance, quality control, and enforcement of safety procedures.

The Site Construction Manager will lead multidisciplinary installation
activities including steel structures, sheet metal ducting systems, industrial
fans and ventilation systems, mechanical works, assemblies, and electrical and
control integration, while ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and
international standards.

This role serves as a key interface between Project Management, Engineering,
Production, Logistics, QA/QC, and the customer on site.

 Key Responsibilities:

•         Full responsibility for all
site construction and installation activities

•         Manage installation of
industrial ventilation systems, sheet metal ducting, industrial fans, steel
structures, mechanical assemblies, and electrical/control works

•         Execute work according to
drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules

•         Manage installation crews,
subcontractors, and site workers

•         Coordinate equipment, cranes,
tools, and site logistics

•         Manage multiple work fronts
simultaneously

•         Resolve operational and
execution issues in real time

•         Coordinate daily with Project
Managers, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams

•         Monitor installation progress
according to project milestones

•         Maintain site reports and
progress documentation

•         Ensure compliance with quality
standards and technical requirements

•         Work closely with QA/QC teams

•         Manage punch lists and
corrective actions

•         Enforce HSE and site safety
procedures

•         Lead supervisors, foremen,
subcontractors, and installation teams

Requirements

•         Proven experience managing
industrial construction and installation projects – mandatory

•         Experience managing industrial
sites in metal, ventilation, or industrial system projects – mandatory

•         Experience managing
subcontractors and field installation teams

•         Strong knowledge of steel
structures, sheet metal ducting, mechanical assemblies, and industrial systems

•         Ability to read and understand
technical drawings – mandatory

•         Technical understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and control systems – advantage

•         Experience working in
international or multicultural environments – advantage

•         High-level English
communication skills – mandatory

•         Willingness to work intensively
on project sites
