Job Description - Site Engineer

Technical Supervision: Setting out site layouts, verifying survey data, and ensuring construction matches blueprints.

On -Site Management: Supervising staff, managing materials, and coordinating subcontractor work packages.

Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building regulations.

Reporting & Planning: Preparing progress reports, keeping records (as -built drawings), and resolving technical issues promptly.

Liaison: Acting as the link between clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, surveying equipment, and reading blueprints.

Experience: Previous experience as a site engineer, project engineer, or in a similar role.

Soft Skills: Strong problem -solving, communication, leadership, and time -management abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
