Job Description - Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with 3 years of experience to manage and supervise on -site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site execution and construction activities
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor material usage, manpower, and site productivity
Ensure quality control and site safety compliance
Take site measurements and support billing activities
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
Resolve technical issues at site

Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

1–5 years experience in interior/residential/commercial execution (turnkey preferred)

Able to read drawings with basic AutoCAD knowledge

Good communication, coordination, and time management skills

Detail -oriented, execution -focused, and team -oriented professional
