About Site Supervisor:
To assist Manager - Operations on day -to -day operations by following our Standard Operating Process.
• The Site Supervisor role is a high intensity, high responsibility and hands on role.
• The role requires an individual to be highly involved in the day -to -day operations and be able to track
and follow up on service levels.
• Key deliverables.
• Maintain healthy relationship with client/employees.
• Vendor relationship & on -the -go training.
• Managing and minimizing process and system deviations.
• Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Engaging vendors & maximizing their business involvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring friendly, efficient and professional food & beverage service is provided to all employees of
clients.
• Familiarize yourself with events to ensure employee requests and needs are met.
• Supervise team members of the vendor partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by the employees.
• Conducting vendor partners training and ensuring all their staff are competent in -service procedures.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
Requirements
Prerequisites:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0 -4 years of Experience.
• Food -Tech experience preferred.
• Hotel Management.
• Local language is mandatory.
