Job Description - Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented Site Engineer to manage on -site execution and ensure projects are delivered on time with quality standards.

If you have strong knowledge in site supervision, drawings, and coordination, this is a great opportunity to grow in the construction industry ?

Key Responsibilities:

â Supervise daily site activities & execution work

â Ensure work is done as per drawings & specifications

â Coordinate with contractors, vendors & project teams

â Monitor project progress, quality & timelines

â Handle site documentation, reports & measurements

â Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards

â Manage materials, manpower & resources effectively

Requirements

Strong experience in site execution & supervision

Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings

Knowledge of construction methods & materials

Experience in BOQ, billing & quantity surveying (preferred)

Good coordination and communication skills

Problem -solving and time management ability

Knowledge of safety practices on site

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in residential / commercial / infrastructure projects
