Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  

Experience:

• 1–2 years in road/highway construction
  

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure on-site safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
  
• Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials.
  
• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates to project managers.
  
• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  

Functional Skills:

• Proficient in managing loading & unloading activities
  
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
  
• Ability to supervise and coordinate construction labor and subcontractors
  
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and equipment
  

• Proven work experience as a Rod/ Highway Site Supervisor or Site Engineer
  
• Solid understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
