Job Description - Skin Therapist

A Leading Healthcare company is looking for candidate with hands -on experience in skincare treatments, strong client -handling skills, and a good understanding of skin types and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional skin treatments such as facials, clean -ups, peels, and advanced skincare therapies
Analyze clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments/products
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in treatment rooms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Upsell skincare products and services
Keep updated with the latest skincare trends and technologies

Requirements

Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments

Expertise in facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare procedures

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to consult and suggest personalized skincare routines

Knowledge of beauty machines and equipment

Sales and upselling skills

Attention to hygiene and detail
