Skincare Brand Strategist (D2C)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel brand strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty across D2C channels.


• Lead consumer insights initiatives—analyze behavioral data, feedback, and market trends to shape messaging, product positioning, and campaign creative.


• Own brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across product packaging, e-commerce, social platforms, and influencer collaborations.


• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to align brand narrative with product development and retention mechanics.


• Manage and optimize content calendars and community engagement strategies to boost social proof and UGC virality.


• Track brand health metrics (consideration, sentiment, loyalty) and report insights to drive strategic pivots and investment decisions.
