The Service Design \u0026 Delivery team take the lead on designing client solutions in partnership with our clients before planning and executing the end-to-end engagement. The Engineering team provide innovative migration and implementation activities both automated and scripted, to achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and performance. The Customer Operations team provide high-quality customer support across the region f rom multiple delivery centres. The Licence Consulting team provide expertise in optimisation and compliance services to clients on-premise or in the cloud, maintaining cost ef ficiency and savings. Complementing our COE\u2019s are the Service Delivery Management team. Located in every country, they manage the client experience to ensure a truly client-centric approach across EMEA.\n\nAs an SLS Consultant you will:\n\n * Own and drive the completion of operational implementation of SAM tooling,\n\n\n\nincluding but not limited to data preparation and configuration in the tooling, core\n\nenablement for clients (where in scope).\n\n * Delivers a variety of licensing analyses and reconciliations independently, using the population of SLS Analysts to perform data gathering, preparation and analysis.\n * Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of SLS Analyst\u2019s work.\n * Responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent tasks for own work and SLS\n\n\n\nAnalysts in an ef ficient manner including tracking progress against deadlines and expected effort, as well as addressing issues such as anomalies and conflicts\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * IT and Licensing knowledge (and where agreed by management, associated certification) for at least three software publishers to the level of being able to produce reconciliations independently, including guiding LCS teammates around how to perform the detailed analysis work\n * Experience of working with a variety of IT tools (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow or SQL scripting)\n * High level of written and spoken English Fluent in an additional European language\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
