Job Opening: Counselor

Location: WFO

• Providing counseling to students on educational matters such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, and career planning.
  
• Assisting individuals in understanding and overcoming personal, social, or behavioral issues affecting their educational or vocational situations.
  
• Maintaining accurate student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
  
• Collaborating with parents, guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other issues.
  
• Offering crisis intervention to students.
  
• Communicating with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and determine their priorities and resource needs.
  
• Preparing students for placements.
  
• Demonstrating proficiency in counseling and persuasion.
  
• Efficiently handling queries and providing support.
  
• Possessing excellent communication skills.
  

• Education: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech (IT/CS)
  
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years
  
• Overall Experience: At least 2 years in counseling/telecounseling
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency with MS Office
  
• Graduate in any stream
  
• Knowledge of the Degree Program/Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem
