Job Title: Smartsheet Consultant
(Development & Enhancements)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet
Consultant to support our team in designing, developing, and enhancing
Smartsheet -based solutions. The consultant will work closely with Compliance team
to optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure effective utilization of
Smartsheet capabilities to drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions (sheets,
  dashboards, reports, and WorkApps), on an as needed basis.
  
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
  and best practices.
  
• Configure advanced features including formulas, cross -sheet
  references, and cell linking.
  

2. Automation & Workflow
Optimization

• Implement automated workflows (alerts, approvals, updates).
  
• Optimize existing Smartsheet solutions for performance and
  usability.
  

3. Enhancements & Continuous
Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements to existing Smartsheet
  systems.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and enhance functionality based on user
  feedback.
  

4. Governance & Best Practices

• Establish Smartsheet governance standards (naming conventions,
  folder structure, permissions).
  
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards are
  maintained.
  

6. Training & Support

• Provide end -user training and documentation.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Smartsheet within the
  organization.
  
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to users.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Smartsheet platform development.
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• Sheets, Reports, Dashboards
  
• Forms and WorkApps
  
• Workflow automation
  
• Complex formulas and cross -sheet references
  
• Experience with Smartsheet integrations
  
• Familiarity with business process improvement and
  workflow design.
  
• Strong problem -solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
