Conduct structured discovery to deeply understand customer needs and position relevant pre‑packaged solutions, use cases and value propositions. Maintain a rigorous, well‑qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting, and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and revenue outlook. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, legal, risk, operations, partner teams) to ensure alignment and to feed customer insights back into propositions and go‑to‑market. Proven B2B sales track record with expertise in new business acquisition and merchant relationship scaling Strong capability in targeting and acquiring new logos within the mid-market and high-value merchant segments to drive revenue attainment and business growth Efficient in relationship-building skills to identify and collaborate with ecosystem partners for organic business growth Expertise in strong pipeline management by prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining qualified pipelines with strong conversion focus Proficiency in targeted cold outreach and discovery calls with strong communication and credibility-building abilities 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. The role involves generating and converting leads through outbound efforts achieving sales quotas and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
