Job Profile

Seeking a highly experienced Domain Analyst with a strong background in the Indian Health Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the overall deliverables of the health vertical, including the product roadmap and stakeholder feedbacks, in line with the health strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of health providers, their ecosystems, and their relationships with payers and intermediaries. The candidate should possess exceptional selling, negotiation, and account management skills and have a proven track record in data-driven models and automation projects

Responsibilities

Health Vertical Leadership : Accountable for the overall deliverables of the health vertical, aligning with the product roadmap and incorporating stakeholder feedback per the health strategy.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including Insurers, other key entities, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) in collaboration with the Head of Analytics in Technology on new requests and implementations.

Industry Expertise : Apply extensive knowledge of the Indian Health Insurance industry, particularly in underwriting, claims, pricing, risk, and regulatory principles.

Ecosystem Understanding : Maintain a strong understanding of health providers (hospitals) and their relationships with payers and intermediaries.

Sales and Negotiation : Demonstrate strong and effective selling, negotiation, and account management skills to drive business growth and maintain client relationships.

Project Management : Lead and manage projects involving data-driven models and automation, leveraging expertise to solve complex business problems for health insurers.

Innovation and Creativity : Bring creative, non-traditional, and out-of-the-box thinking to drive innovation and performance in the healthcare sector.

Key Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 10-12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in the healthcare domain, specifically with Indian Health Insurers, TPAs, hospitals, or similar organizations.

Education : Postgraduate with an MBA qualification. A medical qualification is highly preferred.

Industry Knowledge : Well-versed with functional principles of underwriting, claims, pricing, risk, and regulations within the Indian Health Insurance industry.

Technical Skills : Proven experience in projects involving data-driven models and automation.

Soft Skills : Exceptional selling, negotiation, and account management skills.

Innovative Mindset : Creative, non-traditional thinker with a passion for innovation and performance in healthcare.

Screening Criteria
