  Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive work environment that values differences.
  
• Change Management:
  Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication plans, training, and transition management.
  
• Payroll Processing:
  Processing payroll for 800+ employees.
  
• Talent Acquisition: Hiring of required profiles on various job portals or through coordination with manpower vendors in case of blue
  collar employees.
