Summary

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions on the Snowflake platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  
• Define and enforce data architecture best practices, governance standards, and integration patterns across the organization.
  
• Lead the end-to-end software quality assurance and delivery lifecycle for data products, ensuring reliability and performance.
  
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts, cultivating a high-performing team culture.
  
• Manage the integration and transformation of diverse data sources into a unified, accessible data lakehouse environment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  
• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize data processing workflows.
  

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data engineering, architecture, or related technical fields.
  
• Core Expertise: Proven track record in designing and managing Snowflake Data Warehouses and Cloud Data Architecture.
  
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in data integration, transformation techniques, and scalable data solution development.
  
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability in technical leadership, team management, and mentoring junior staff.
  
• Quality Assurance: Strong background in software quality processes and delivery methodologies within data-centric environments.
  
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
