Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Service Lead to lead our Data Platform Support team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering along with experience in production support, incident management, and service delivery. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can resolve complex issues, manage SLAs, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure high-quality support for enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

Required Skills

â 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Production Support.

â Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.

â Experience with at least one of dbt, Airbyte, Airflow, or Terraform.

â Good understanding of Dimensional Modelling (Kimball Facts & Dimensions).

â Experience in Production Support, Managed Services, or Service Desk environments.

â Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Ticket Prioritization, SLAs, and Escalation Handling.

â Experience using Jira/Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar ticketing tools.

â Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

â Experience managing or mentoring a team of engineers.
