As a Snowflake Cortex Data Quality & Governance Senior Manager you will lead client-facing data engineering work focused on designing and building data platforms, pipelines, and transformation solutions that help turn raw data into usable insight within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring advanced technical skills and sound judgment to complex delivery, and coach teams through ambiguous challenges while shaping clear client messaging and practical solutions. In this role at PwC, you will guide work across Snowflake, Cortex, data quality, and governance activities, align technical approaches to business needs, and support delivery teams in building data solutions that help clients modernize their data environments.

Responsibilities

- Leading Snowflake and Cortex data quality and governance initiatives across client data modernization programs
- Designing data quality controls, validation rules, and lineage practices across cloud data platforms
- Developing data governance frameworks that support secure, compliant, and well-managed data use
- Advising clients on Snowflake architecture, Cortex capabilities, and data engineering tradeoffs for modernization efforts
- Guiding teams through complex data integration, transformation, and pipeline delivery activities
- Reviewing data models, warehouse structures, and performance tuning opportunities to improve platform usage
- Coordinating technical issue resolution across data engineering, analytics, and governance workstreams
- Coaching team members on data quality methods, governance standards, and delivery approaches across engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Snowflake and Cortex implementation across data governance initiatives;
- Applying data quality controls across modern cloud data platforms;
- Crafting executive-ready narratives for client stakeholders and steering committees;
- Directing cross-functional teams through ambiguous delivery challenges and dependencies;
- Translating systems thinking into data architecture, quality, and governance improvements;
- Coaching teams on technical standards, issue resolution, and escalation decisions.
