As a Snowflake+Databricks+AI - Senior Associate you will design and build data infrastructure, pipelines, integration flows, and transformation solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for clients within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while deepening your technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will apply modern data engineering methods across Snowflake, Databricks, and AI-enabled solutions, interpret data to guide insights and recommendations, and deliver work that supports broader client and business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Designing and building data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation routines for client solutions
- Developing Snowflake and Databricks data environments that support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
- Applying data modeling, database optimization, and query tuning methods to improve performance and reliability
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for data architecture and delivery workstreams
- Validating data quality, lineage, and reconciliation across source systems and target platforms
- Using Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and related orchestration tools to schedule and monitor data workflows
- Supporting cloud-based data modernization efforts by aligning data structures, pipelines, and access patterns to client needs
- Interpreting data issues, identifying root causes, and recommending practical fixes for pipeline and platform challenges
- Collaborating with team members and client stakeholders to deliver work across changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Guiding junior team members through technical tasks, code reviews, and delivery practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating hands-on Snowflake and Databricks data engineering project delivery
- Utilizing AI-enabled analytics to develop data pipelines and transformations
- Interpreting complex data patterns to guide client recommendations
- Anticipating client needs while managing multiple workstreams
- Mentoring junior team members through technical problem-solving
- Applying cloud data platform knowledge across modern data modernization engagements
