Snowflake+Python

We are looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, Snowpipe, Cloud, Python, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Snowpipe.


• Build and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines from cloud and external sources into Snowflake.


• Develop Snowpipe / Snowpipe Streaming solutions for continuous and near-real-time data ingestion.


• Write complex and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, CTEs, and data transformations.


• Develop Python-based scripts and data processing solutions for ETL/ELT workflows.


• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP for data storage, processing, and integration.


• Implement data transformation, cleansing, validation, and quality checks.


• Optimize Snowflake queries, warehouse utilization, and overall pipeline performance.


• Work with stages, file formats, external/internal tables, streams, tasks, and Snowflake objects.


• Troubleshoot production data pipelines, identify root causes, and resolve data issues.


• Implement secure data access using roles, privileges, and Snowflake security features.


• Collaborate with application, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Experience

5+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake and cloud data engineering.
