The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler solutions, managing advanced email security platforms, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient network and email communication environments.\n\nAs a Sr. SOC Analyst, you will get to:\n\n * Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).\n * Design and implement ZIA/ZPA architecture with a clear understanding of traffic flow.\n * Configure SSL Inspection policies, troubleshoot SSL handshake issues, and manage SSL bypass rules.\n * Set up and maintain GRE and IPSec tunnels for secure connectivity.\n * Support SD-WAN integrated sites, including troubleshooting remote and mobile user access issues.\n * Analyze ZDX telemetry to identify and resolve end-user experience problems.\n * Modify PAC files as required to optimize traffic routing and security.\n * Perform log analysis using tools such as SecureCRT, PuTTY, and Fiddler to identify connectivity, performance, and security issues.\n * Troubleshoot ZPA app segments, access policies, and enhance security configurations.\n * Implement and optimize ZIA policies to improve simplicity and reduce complexity\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum 5 years\u2019 hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.\n * Strong understanding of Routing \u0026 Switching fundamentals.\n * Proficiency in SSL inspection, GRE/IPSec tunneling, and PAC file modifications.\n * Experience with email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and advanced security tools.\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and resolve complex issues.\n * Knowledge of cloud security principles for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.\n * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment\n\n\n\nPreferred Certifications (Nice to Have)\n\n * Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) / Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA)\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \n\nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
