SOC Lead - Capital Market

• Lead the SOC team to ensure effective 24x7 monitoring and incident response.
  
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
  
• Coordinate and oversee threat detection, incident triage, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery
  
• efforts.
  
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve SOC efficiency and maturity.
  
• Liaise with IT, risk, and compliance teams for coordinated cyber defense efforts.
  
• Provide regular reports on security posture, incidents, and SOC operations to senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other SOC technologies.
  
• Experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber defense strategies.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent) preferred.
