Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders. \n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. \n\u2022 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.\n\n\u200bJob Overview:\n\n * We are looking for technically strong System on Chip(SOC) Program Manager to own and manage the enablement, execution and delivery of System on Chip(SOC)\n\n\n\nDetailed JD \u0026 Responsibilities:\n\n * Program Manager expected to drive the requirements, scoping, planning and execution of highly complex SoC across the portfolio. This involves working and supporting multiple functional teams including Design, DV, DFT, Physical design and System emulation. \n * Track the program milestones \u0026 Key KPI\u2019s (Power, Performance, Cost) \n * Support program development activities as required for NPI development \u2013 Starting from concept review to TO(Tapeout) and further towards commercialization\n * Drive SOC execution reviews and track milestones using program indicators. Participate in cross functional reviews including technology, IP and Process and update to executive management \n * Key custodian for Risk, Schedule, NRE, quality and compliance to process\n * Update Project dashboards on weekly basis, review and drive closure of checklists, work with cores/IP team on schedule \u0026 NRE tracking.\n * Helps to promote program vision and objectives within own team and ensures program objectives are met or exceeded.\n * Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, and discuss necessary priorities and stakeholder needs\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n * 7+ years Program Management or related work experience\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications \u0026 Expertise: \n\n * 15+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with minimum 7 years in Project/Program Management\n * Good experience in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Power point, Word\n * Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels\n * Sound knowledge and understanding of Semiconductor Chip design cycle, Development and Process from design to customer deployment\n * Exposure to one or more of the technology fields will be preferrable - IOT, Wireless/Mobile or Automotive\n * Exposure and ability to work and adapt in new technologies like AI driven reports, dashboards creation.\n * Track record of proven leadership/management experience\n * Process definition \u0026 implementation\n\n\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
