We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to handle social media management along with front-desk responsibilities. This role blends digital engagement with in-person customer interaction, requiring someone who can create compelling content, manage online presence, and ensure a welcoming experience for showroom visitors. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about social media trends, confident in communication, and eager to learn about products while contributing to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow the Instagram presence
• Plan, create, and post reels, photos, and product-related videos
• Shoot and edit short videos showcasing products and showroom activities
• Develop engaging content to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social platforms
• Stay updated with trends and suggest creative content ideas

Reception & Customer Interaction

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Handle incoming calls and guide customers appropriately
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment

Product Knowledge

• Learn and understand the range of products to assist customers effectively
